To think you need an office with a title and direct reports and perhaps a fancy business card. But the truth is, we are all leaders. If you’re a mom or a dad, a teacher, a friend who has ever given advice to someone in need, you are a leader.

So, the question is not, “Am I a leader?” The real question is, “Am I the best leader I can possibly be?”

And that’s not an easy question to answer, but that’s the one we’re going to explore.
