The beauty of a drive-thru at a restaurant is that it gives you the opportunity to get what you want, the way you want it. You get to pick up lunch or dinner in the way that best meets your needs.
In a way, that’s how I think of RSS, a simple tool that organizes all the blogs and news you want to read in one easy-to-use place. Maybe on some days you want to come to this blog and read through a number of posts and learn about events and join in the community’s conversation by posting a comment. But on other days, you just want to scan a list of new posts from the comfort of your own RSS reader. Either way is great with me, as long as you get what you want, in the way you want. And that’s the beauty of RSS.
