Let’s Laugh More in 2010
One day, as part of a special event, I had the opportunity to show a friend around the Chick-fil-A headquarters.
You’ll see exactly what happened when he got inside the building in the video, from questioning our selection of classic cars in the lobby to confessing to my dad that he once stole a pie while working for us. But before you watch it, I just want to say one thing.
Last year was a difficult year. Financially, emotionally, it was the kind of year that can wear you out. But 2009 is in the rearview mirror. That year has been written and today we’ve got the chance to continue writing a new one. And I personally hope that we leave lots of room for laughter. For smiles and silly moments with friends and family members.
Let’s start 2010 with jokes and happiness. Let’s start 2010 with a laugh.

Dan, I wasn’t sure who to tell this to, but having seen your car collection recently, I noticed an error on one of the descriptions. The Shelby Cobra display read “251 Cleveland” regarding the engine. It actually should read “351″ Cleveland. I know that Chick-fil-A is concerned with details, so I thought I would pass this along. It was a fabulous visit for Recipe for Service Training. Thanks!

Thanks so much for this inspirational blog! 2009 for me was very rough however I was still richly blessed. I’m healthier this year and my daughter is really growing. I will definitely pray for a better 2010 for everyone! Thanks Dan!
