Tuesday Resolutions
We all make New Year’s resolutions. It’s a rite of passage for the first week of January. We want to eat better or exercise more or spend time on the things that matter. And sometimes we even write them down.
But usually, by February, the resolutions have faded quietly into the push and pace of a new year. Our best intentions get bustled out of the way by to-do lists and tasks and chores and the little things that pile up in big lives.
What if this year was different?
What if this Tuesday was different?
What if you and me and a lot of other people talked about the dreams we had about living healthy lives? What if traded tips and ideas about wellness? What if we found community somewhere we least expected it?
Right here on a Tuesday?
What if?
When it comes to healthy living, what kind of things would you like to talk about?

What a wonderful idea. The weekly resolutions keeps us fresh and more likely to fulfill our resolutions rather than putting them on a shelf for a year and dusting them off in January.
